This privacy policy explains how this website, operated by Eugenia Grajales, Texas REALTOR®, brokered by Citiwide Properties Corp., handles information when you visit and use it. This policy applies to guide.huzi.site and nextlevel.realestate.
1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Eugenia Grajales, Texas REALTOR®, Texas Sales Agent License 0660384, brokered by Citiwide Properties Corp., 445 Walnut Street, Suite 105, Richardson, TX 75081, 972-808-9988.
2. Information you provide
You may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, and message details by submitting a contact or lead form, or by booking an appointment. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services you request, and keep records required by law. You may choose not to submit personal information, but we may be unable to respond to your inquiry or provide the requested service.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
Essential: Required for the site to function, such as keeping the page usable and remembering your consent choice. These do not require your permission.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand how visitors use the site, which pages are viewed, and how visitors move between our two domains. Analytics cookies are stored only after you accept analytics tracking.
Advertising: Meta Pixel, which helps us measure the effectiveness of our marketing and build audiences for advertising on Meta platforms. The Meta Pixel loads only after you accept advertising tracking. We do not use server-side Conversions API.
4. Targeted advertising
The Meta Pixel may be used for targeted advertising and audience measurement. You may opt out by rejecting Advertising cookies or changing your selection through Cookie settings.
5. Consent and your choices
When you first visit, a consent banner asks you to accept all, reject nonessential, or customize your choices. You may change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Choices are stored per browser and per domain.
6. Google Consent Mode v2, Advanced Mode
This site uses Google Consent Mode in Advanced Mode. Before consent is given, the Google tag is in a denied state and no analytics or advertising cookies are stored. However, in Advanced Mode, anonymized, cookieless consent and measurement pings may still be sent to Google while consent is denied. These pings do not contain cookies and are used by Google for aggregate measurement. The default states are: analytics_storage denied, ad_storage denied, ad_user_data denied, and ad_personalization denied. If you accept analytics, analytics_storage is granted. If you accept advertising, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are granted. If you reject nonessential tracking, all four remain denied.
7. Cross-domain tracking
Our two sites, guide.huzi.site and nextlevel.realestate, share analytics and advertising tags. Google Analytics 4 treats movement between the two sites as one journey only when analytics consent is granted on both sites and cross-domain linking is available. Reports identify each domain separately by hostname. Meta receives permitted events from both sites through the same shared dataset. Meta may process those events for measurement and advertising under its policies, while reporting and audiences can be distinguished using each page's domain URL.
8. Third-party processors
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC, and the Meta Pixel is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. These companies may process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of targeted advertising, by contacting us at the address or phone number in section 1, or through this site's contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and handle requests as required by applicable law.
10. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
11. Third-party links
This site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
